NICKEL OXIDE NANOPARTICLES BIOSYNTHESIZED WITH Moringa Oleifera LEAVES EXTRACTS: SPECTROSCOPIC AND ELECTROCHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION AND APPLICATION IN THE DETECTION OF Escherichia Coli O157:H7

چکیده

Metal nanoparticle synthesis using plant extracts has gained a lot of attention because its ease-of-use, environmental friendliness and simplicity. In this study, nickel nanoparticles were synthesized an aqueous extract Moringa oleifera leaves in one-step technique. The formation was confirmed UV-visible spectroscopy, XRD, SEM EDS, FTIR spectroscopy showed that these may be reduced to chloride by biomolecules have amide phenolic structure. electrochemical activity is revealed further characterization cyclic voltammetry; preliminary study on detection Escherichia coli O157:H7 shows increased current response the presence nanoparticles, which could attributed rupturing cell membrane. This finding suggests used detect E. directly.
